A funny Thanksgiving moment

It had been a busy Thanksgiving day for us. It had been our year with Ian's family but they were doing dinner late so we decided to do two Thanksgiving dinners that day. I know how crazy are we but we did it. We did my family early afternoon and Ian's late afternoon. The day had been going well and rather enjoyable. After we were done at the Reese's we knew we had to stop back by my parents to pick up our big pot with the potatoes had been in. Emma was having a lot of fun being the center of attention since everyone was gone and it was just her. My parent's had given each grandchild one of those advent calenders where you pop out a day and there is a piece of chocolate in it for each day. Emma was beyond excited about this. She asked my dad to write her name on it for her and to make it pretty. So he had sat down to do this and as he started she simply said to my dad "E". We all looked at Emma and it was hard not to start laughing. Emma is really proud of the fact that she can spell her name and she was just helping my dad out.
